What is an audio guest book?
It is a telephone that records voice messages from your guests. Instead of writing a short note, they can share laughter, stories, marriage advice and memories in their own voices.
How do guests use it?
They simply lift the handset, hear your welcome greeting and leave their message after the tone. When they replace the handset, their message is saved.
When will it arrive?
The phone is scheduled to arrive five days before your selected event. The exact expected arrival, event and return dates are shown before you add it to your basket.
How do I send it back?
Repack the phone using the supplied packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Your booking shows the return-by date for your event.
How do we receive our recordings?
Once the phone has been returned, your messages are made available through a private online portal where you can listen back together.
Can I choose the colour and date online?
Yes. Choose an available Black or White phone, select your event date and complete the whole booking online without waiting for a quote.
What if a colour is unavailable?
Unavailable colours cannot be selected. The booking card always uses the latest catalogue availability and checkout validates it again before payment.
